For most of our services, a doctor's referral is not necessary. You can book directly with us. However, if you are seeking physiotherapy for a specific medical condition, a referral from your doctor might be beneficial for insurance or specific treatment plans.

For massage appointments, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. For physiotherapy assessments, wearing clothing that allows easy movement and access to the area being treated is ideal. We provide drapes and towels to ensure your comfort and privacy during all treatments.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer various packages for multiple sessions as well as membership options for regular clients, providing excellent value for continuous wellness care. Please ask our reception for more details on current offers.

We accept cash, mobile money payments, and major credit/debit cards for all services. Payment is typically due at the time of service.
